Hi there, my name is Rania, and I am the lead planner here at Dolce Stella Events.  Dolce Stella’s scope includes engagements, weddings, and private parties within the Bay Area and Los Angeles. 
My journey from studying International Relations and Diplomacy to becoming a wedding planner might seem like an unexpected leap. Yet, when you delve deeper into my story, you’ll discover that it was a natural evolution driven by a deep-seated passion for preserving cultures and histories, a love for detail-oriented planning, and an unwavering desire to create stress-free, joyous moments in people’s lives. 
The study of Diplomacy allowed me to immerse myself in the complex world of global affairs, cultural diversity, and the importance of effective communication. As I delved into this field, I found myself constantly drawn to the beauty of different cultures and the significance of preserving the histories that make each one unique. 
While my education was intellectually fulfilling, I began to feel a growing desire to bring people together in more personal and meaningful ways. Weddings, I realized, were powerful events that transcended borders, languages, and backgrounds. Becoming a wedding planner allowed me to bridge the gap between diverse backgrounds, languages, and traditions, just as diplomacy had taught me to do on a global scale. 
My ability to consider every angle, anticipate potential issues, and provide diplomatic solutions, ensures a seamless wedding day for couples and their families. I understand that weddings can be overwhelming, and I’ve made it my prerogative to make sure every couple can focus on celebrating their love while I handle the rest. 
My journey is a story of transformation and alignment with my deepest passions. I continue to embark on this beautiful path as it allows me to witness the power of love and the universal language it speaks, no matter where in the world a couple comes from.
